Hey Pikey fans! This is the first news update from Solteris – and that can only mean one thing… Event 1 has been beaten! Sadly, some piece of shit gave me some tummy bug so I had to leave the raid early yesterday and was unable to see us win for myself but I am told we did a fine job! Still a little ill right now, so this update is not going to be the best. Anyway, let’s have some sort of order to this news piece – and take advantage of the new centering tool Kattus has given us! I’d also like to thank those who posted their screenshots up on the forum so i didn’t have to do another Paint Piece!

Here is the view from the zone in. After a bit of clearing we finally found our first task. In actually involves our old friends from Demi-Plane; Althea, Brenda and Christine. The only difference this time is they actually want to finish each other off, and who are we to get in the way of such drastic affairs? After a bit of consulting, we decided we should help them out a little bit.

After some tweaking of dps groups, strats and more strats we were finally able to help one of the sisters out. It’s a weird thing when you think about it – you help them out and then they decide to turn on you. Kind of mean, but I guess we get loot for it, so we aren’t complaining. Now, I’ve been comtemplating whether I should post this next screenshot or not. I guess it could be interpreted as a spoiler but on the other hand, I want D`Pikey’s update to look good, and well, that comes first! So here is Althea in the latter stages!

What comes after a death? That’s right, a chest! Here is our first Solteris loots and there is much more to come I am sure! Oh and By the way, I cannot congratulate Sony on their new idea to handle the armour loot from this expansion. But at the end of the day, we can only cope with what they give us!

And that’s it for our first Solteris update chaps! Thanks to all those who posted screenshots on the forums – and sorry if they didn’t get used, I’m very picky! This is the first of 7 updates from Solteris, so I hope you enjoyed it. With this win, we are now the 19th Guild serverwide, a great acheivement by all! On ward and up ward towards Aprosis! I really don’t know how long it will be until the next update. Aprosis is meant to be one of the blocker events, so don’t expect anything too soon!
